A simple and easy-to-make Pinafore (like a dress but usually worn over a top as the armholes are deep). This dress has a ruffle that can be adjusted to your taste, 2 parts will make a slight ruffle, 3 parts bigger and 4 parts a very full ruffle. This skirt can be made from any light to mid-weight fabric but is best made from a woven fabric.
