A semi-fitted dress with short raglan sleeves with an elastic neckline and elastic around the sleeves. This dress has the option to be more fitting with darts around the waist and a zipper and a slit in the back seam.

This pattern can be sewn with either a woven or a knit fabric (if the knit is stretchy enough, a zipper will be unnecessary)
